This version of the website uses no advertising trackers, analytics scripts or account registration. Images, styles and scripts are served with the website. When this site is hosted, the hosting service may process standard connection information needed to deliver its pages.
Business inquiries
The inquiry builder prepares a draft in your chosen email application or copies text when you select Copy inquiry. It does not send a form submission to a website server or store your entries in browser storage. The Copy inquiry action uses your clipboard where supported; otherwise it displays selectable text. Email is sent only when you send it from your email application. Your email provider’s practices apply.
Keep patient information out of general inquiries
Please do not include patient names, records or other sensitive health information in website inquiries. Existing users should use their organization’s approved channels for clinical and support information.
External destinations
Links to the client portal and email open separate services with their own access and data-handling arrangements.
